About the role
As Customer Service Specialist you are responsible for all service-related communication with our customer and are taking care of any issues outside of the standardised service forms and procedures.
On a day-to-day basis you will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, service, and deliveries and provide whilst ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate is an efficient and adaptable person with good all-round customer service abilities. You must have excellent communication skills and be organize.
Responsibilities & Scope:
- Answer incoming calls, emails and messages from our clients and pro-actively solve problems
- Build and maintain rapport with customers and provide first class customer service
- Investigate and resolve any issues in a timely manner to the satisfaction of all parties involved
- Administer the opening of new accounts, new reservations
- Take ownership of account related questions and queries and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain call metric standards via relevant KPIs and SLAs
About you:
- Previous experience within customer service
- Ability to maintain exceptional customer service in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Highly self-motivated and a motivator of others – strong team player
- Ability to provide solutions to any challenges the customer may face
- Willingness to work shift and weekends
Bonus:
- Experience in the mobility or car rental industry
- Working knowledge of CRM & PBX systems
