Sales Representative (Netherlands) – VanMoof

Want to be an integral part of VanMoof’s exciting new chapter? Currently we’re re-engineering how we ride, and as our new Sales Representative, you’ll play a big role in helping define our future and experience for our riders. You’ll join a small and close-knit Sales Team to help us deliver the very best products and rider experiences in the industry. As our Sales Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our retail & operations. You’ll be reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

As Sales Representative in the field you will be the first point of contact with our retail network. You make sure that the company sales targets are achieved. Scout, sign and onboard retail stores as a VanMoof reseller. Make sure orders are in line with your forecast and communicate proactively if changes take place. You work in close cooperation with your sales team colleagues to acquire new business and to service our retail customers in the best possible way.

Sales figures will be supported when building and maintaining an outstanding relationship with our resellers. Make sure your customers are feeling confident with the products, agree on commercial terms and conditions that both parties feel confident about. Align with your colleagues on a daily basis to see if there is anything you can help with by being the account manager in the field. Together with the inside sales representative you are managing the area appointed to you, both proactive and responsive.

• Lead all aspects of sales such as and not limited to location, requirements, marketing.
• Win over our prospect clients by visiting, demoing bikes, arranging contracts and terms&conditions. Strengthen the relationship between VanMoof and the retailer.
• Grow both our activities as our Retail partners by managing local events, commercial trainings and point of sale materials.
• Connect and escalate when needed around topics of service, sales and finance together with your colleagues at the head office. You are the in-field Sales representative for the area.

• At least 4+ years of experience in sales in the Dutch market.
• Result driven mindset and work approach.
• Strong team spirit mentality and ability to work closely with a team.
• Deep understanding of the e-bike / mobility ecosystem.
• Fluent/native command of Dutch and English.
• You currently live in the Netherlands.
• Drivers license and ability to travel within Netherlands.
