Job Overview – Inside Sales (sales assistant):
Order processing, ensuring delivery on time, managing warehouse inventory, and improving internal operation processes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Order management – Sales order, Warranty order, Returning parts
- AR checking and overdue payment collection
- Inventory management- including year-end inventory counting
- Procurement – order process, including OC and monitoring of lead times.
- Logistics – arranging container shipments in cooperation with HQ. Contact person for Darfon Europe BV with our logistic partner JCL.
- Office Administration / responsible for incoming calls and office organization (materials, hardware etc. )
- Weekly operations report
Requirements/Skills:
- Intelligent, responsive, passionate about cycling and easy going.
- Languages: Mandatory: English (C1+) / Dutch (Native). Pre: Any other language (such as Mandarin).
- Familiar with MS Office applications: Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- Basic knowledge about bikes and e-bikes.
- Open minded to different cultures.

Other details:
- Education level : Minimum MBO level 3 – (e.g. ‘Commercieel medewerker binnendienst)’ – HBO graduate.
- Experience 0 – 2 year.
- Working hours : 40 hours per week.
- Monthly Salary: €2100 ~ €2500 (Gross salary), depending on experience.
- Start of your new job: 1 June 2022 (earlier if possible).
- Number of holiday days per year: 25 days.
